Call the counter with your equipment needs, project location and dates. We’ll discuss the details before anything is reserved.
Talk through the job.
Describe the work, site access and your experience with the equipment. Ask which machine and attachments fit.
Confirm the plan.
Review the rate, rental period, hauling or delivery arrangements, insurance and availability directly with the shop.
Pick up prepared.
Allow time to review operating instructions and your agreement. Confirm the equipment’s condition and your exact return time.
Rent for the time you need.

Additional use is charged at the daily rate divided by eight, per hour.
At the rental counter
Reservations & changes+
Reserve in person or by telephone. Changes and cancellations require direct contact; text, voicemail and email are not accepted. Give 24 hours’ cancellation notice and collect equipment within one hour of the reserved time.
Payment+
Pay before pickup. Cash, check or debit payment requires a valid credit card on file. A missed pickup can require full, nonrefundable prepayment for the next rental.
Delivery & hauling+
Delivery costs depend on the machine and location. Confirm suitable transport, load securing and required insurance before hauling.
Insurance & damage+
No damage waiver or insurance is offered. Renters remain responsible for damage. Contractors must provide coverage naming Epsom Tool Rental, LLC as Loss Payee and Additional Insured; homeowners need rental coverage.
Returning equipment+
Return clean and correctly refueled. Refueling adds $2 per gallon to pump price. Late returns incur a day’s rental for each day or fraction. After-hours dropoff remains your responsibility until checked in.
